Michaela grew up in Wellington and moved to the Waikato after graduating from the University of Canterbury. Having studied social marketing, psychology and public health, Michaela is passionate about enabling people and communities to flourish.
She currently works for the Graeme Dingle Foundation, where she is responsible for developing and delivering their programmes to high school students. She works alongside young people every day and loves seeing them challenge the status quo. She is also growing a social enterprise called Āhei, which is focused on health promotion and inclusive wellness. Michaela is excited for Seed to be a catalyst for young people connecting and synergising positive things for the Waikato.
